GET TO KNOW THE BRAND: Apprenti Ôr'ganik
Founder: Alexe Pierre
Apprenti Ôr’ganik is a Montreal based therapeutic body care line focused on small batch products made with natural and organic ingredients. All of their products are slow made by hand with care using only "active" ingredients for their therapeutic benefit with no filler added. Apprenti Ôr’ganik is also Quebec’s first skincare company to offer their products in fully-compostable wheat-straw plastic (WSP) packaging — the plastic of the future!
"Nature is my biggest inspiration when it comes to creating my formulation. It always starts with one natural ingredient and the skin benefits it generously gives us. I'm a strong believer in the power of the intentions that are put into doing something. I truly believe that my products come from a respectful, nurturing and giving relationship with Mother Earth. I see all the skin benefits provided by the product as a sacred gift from the earth bringing us back to the basics. The respect and gratitude for the natural ingredients put inside my bottles makes them more than just lotions or soaps. There's an energy of love and harmony that is received by everyone that uses the products"
~ Alexe Pierre
Apprenti Ôr'ganik was founded because:
I wanted to have highly effective skincare products that were working in harmony with my biochemistry. My aim is to procure high-quality ingredients that are as good for the environment as they are for our skin.
What are you most passionate about?
What it means to be a woman in business in 2021
I believe that it's a breath of fresh air. The masculine energy goes after what it wants. The feminine energy calls it in. It's nice to be in business and to let things flow and evolve, rather trying to control it. I believe in alignment and in doing things in a more holistic way.
What celebrity, brand or cause would you collaborate with and why?I would love to see my product available in all the Sephora in Canada
