Within 30 days of receiving your item, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can request a return or replacement easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bewea.com with your order number. We’ll e-mail you a return shipping label to apply to your return package. Once received and inspected by our fulfillment team, a refund will be applied back to the original payment method on file. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

DAMAGES & ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For Local Deliveries - If no one is at home when our driver attempts delivery, our driver will text the recipient to see where they can safely leave the package. If the driver cannot reach the recipient, they will leave a message (if possible) and the driver will leave the package at a safe place without obtaining a signature. If the package cannot be left safely and no one can accept the delivery, re-delivery will be necessary. We will try to avoid the re-delivery but will not leave a package in an unsafe place. We will arrange the re-delivery at the earliest possible time - often later in the day or the next day.

For Deliveries Outside of the Local Delivery Area - For shipments by common carrier, the courier will not attempt to contact the recipient if no one is at home when the package arrives. Common carriers never call recipients. Instead they will leave the package at the front door if they feel it is safe to do so. If they do not feel it is safe to leave it at the front door, they will leave a notice indicating where the package can be picked up by the recipient (e.g. at the post office or a drop box). If the package is not picked up in the following 10 days, if will be returned to us. Redelivery may be attempted. A re-delivery charge may be required at an additional charge (typically $17-$30)

We will package your order and send you e-mail notifications with tracking information and updates. You can also subscribe for SMS shipping updates at checkout.

We try to re-use lightly used boxes and reclaimed materials that come to us from vendors and partners whenever we can instead of tossing them out. We hope you'll find ways to recycle or re-use them afterwards as well!

Yes, we are partnered with Planet Air and we offset the carbon footprint created by shipping and transporting every single product offered on our site.

Yes! It's very important to us that your items arrive to you in as minimal and eco-friendly packaging as possible. We use gently used and recyclable boxes or compostable mailers.

All orders are packed without any plastic bubble wrap, but don't worry, for fragile items - we pack them safely in recycled kraft paper or crinkle.

We use kraft paper packing tape and even our BeWea stickers are biodegradable!

In some cases, some of the items that we ship are oversized or of a weight that is above average. (Like some of the artwork or large electronics) In these cases, additional delivery charges may apply. However, before we apply these additional shipping charges, we will contact you to ensure that you are willing to pay the additional shipping charges. If you agree to the overweight/oversized charges, we will apply the charges and ship the package. If you do not agree to the additional shipping charges, we may offer other items which can be shipped or cancel the order.
