Within 30 days of receiving your item, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
BeWea does not offer free shipping on returns unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) was shipped to you. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping so you can track return delivery, when returning item(s) with your own label.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGES & ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
EXCEPTIONS Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We try to re-use lightly used boxes and reclaimed materials that come to us from vendors and partners whenever we can instead of tossing them out. We hope you'll find ways to recycle or re-use them afterwards as well!
Yes, we are partnered with Planet Air and we offset the carbon footprint created by shipping and transporting every single product offered on our site.
Yes! It's very important to us that your items arrive to you in as minimal and eco-friendly packaging as possible. We use gently used and recyclable boxes or compostable mailers.
All orders are packed without any plastic bubble wrap, but don't worry, for fragile items - we pack them safely in recycled kraft paper or crinkle.
We use kraft paper packing tape and even our BeWea stickers are biodegradable!
